Ingyinn Aung Thu [Phway] is a passionate Community Engagement Assistant (Intern) with over five years of experience in education advocacy and youth empowerment in Myanmar. She is currently studying Business Administration at a U.S.-based online university. With a strong focus on sustainable development and policy innovation, she has led initiatives reaching over 700 students and youth across Myanmar. A multilingual debate enthusiast, she aims to make the community more inclusive. Internationally recognized as the ASEAN Youth Speech Contest 2024 Winner, a YSEALI Academic Fellow Fall 2023, and delegate roles at key ASEAN and EU-funded programs, she continues to represent Myanmar in high-level policy and development forums across the regions.
